Hiccups

So, this little one of mine has been getting hiccups! Does anyone else think it's crazy that babies can get hiccups in the womb? It's the wierdest feeling. At first I just thought she was doing kickboxing or something and I was super distracted by all the movement, then after awhile I realized that it was totally rhythemic and that she, in fact, was not kickboxing, she just had the hiccups. I've had friends tell me that they had a similar experience when they were prego. Now it's pretty much every day. I think it's crazy that even though they aren't breathing air, they can still get hiccups. Go figure! I feel for her though...It shakes my belly pretty good, so I'm sure it's making her entire little body convulse. Poor little thing...

YES, I think all 5 of my got the hiccups! It's cute at first, until it's bumping your rib, over and over and over and over until you're really OVER it!

But it totally makes their little lungs stronger, which rocks if your babies are too early for their own good, like my goils were... Love catching up on you! Rose (Hyatt) Bowcut
