Sienna-ism
During her prayer this a.m. Sienna said, "and I hope that St. Patrick comes soon." I'm not sure who she thinks St. Patrick is or what he might be bringing her. Poor kid is going to be disappointed! I thought I was a good mom because I offered to make green pancakes for breakfast. Who was I to deny the child who just wanted apple jacks for breakfast "because, mom, they are green"?
Another funny one....
My sister-in-law Kate is amazing and watches my kids every Thursday for me when I work. I guess Cassie and Ella were fighting over who got to sit next to Sienna and Sienna says "Geez, guys, SO much drama!". (And, no, I have no idea where she might have heard this phrase!) Oh, my little diva!
One more I don't want to forget...
On Valentine's Day we made a valentine for Dan and Sienna decided to put it on the bed for Dan to find when he got home from work. We she got to our room, she decided to put it under his pillow. She put it under his pillow, then looked at me very seriously and said, "Mom, don't let the tooth fairy steal it." Seriously?! Where does a 3 year old even learn about the tooth fairy? And does she think the tooth fairy comes daily and looks under our pillows? She is too funny.

Luke 8 months old & Sienna 3 1/2 years old
My mom was sick of not having current photos of my kiddos that she scheduled a photo shoot for me. This photographer was doing these inexpensive mini sessions on President's Day. This was kind of a rough day for Sienna. She was grumpy, grumpy, grumpy and was over this photo shoot before it even started. I wish we could really capture her real smile! Ok, we got a couple with her real smile. Luke was hungry and I left his bottle on the kitchen counter, so he was not the happiest kid, either. He is so obsessed with his tongue, that most of his shots had his tongue out. So funny. Cute kids, even when it's a rough day! Ah, sweet memories!

Continue in Patience...
I gave a lesson today in Relief Society. It was on the talk by Elder Uchtdorf called "Continue in Patience". I found this little video on the talk and loved it, so I thought I'd share. It's an amazing talk. Click HERE if you want to read the whole thing...

Sienna-isms
Sienna just informed me that she made a "rangalangatang" house. I'm guessing for her pet orangutan? Also, last night a friend was checking her little girls diaper saying that one of the kids was poopy. Sienna pipes in and says "Nope, that was me. I just tooted." At least she owns it, right? :) She cracks me up.
